We ship our products internationally. Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

we can certainly do that as long the parcel is still with us in the warehouse.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We strongly believe in the high quality of our products, and want you to love our products as much as we do. Before using any of our products, always ensure that you read the product description carefully and the directions for use on the product label. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
We are not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.
Refunds or replacement will be issued if a product is faulty, broken or leaking. Products can not be refunded due to change of mind.

- At Kind To Me Pty Ltd, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a KTM product you purchased directly from our website or one of our authorised sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorised sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the KIND TO ME 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorised sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
- A refund may be organised on a case by case basis. A refund request may be submitted via email only, and if you are entitled for a refund, the product(s) must be returned to our address. Please contact us: hello@kindtome.com.au for the return address.
- We do view every enquiry on a case by case basis. If you should return a product to us, please ensure that the product is properly bubble-wrapped and protected. A broken product received can delay or omit your refund completely.
A returned product will be thoroughly checked and tested before a refund can be processed. Processing time of a refund may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
